We are an owner-managed family business in Schüttorf in the eighth generation and have focused on the processing and refining of raw ham and raw cured products since our founding. We produce top products using traditional family recipes under the most modern conditions.

The careful selection of the raw materials, salting, washing, smoking or air-drying, removal from the bone, etc. is carried out manually with the highest level of precision by our experienced colleagues. At Klümper we take time for quality! Our ham is lovingly and traditionally matured for six months to guarantee the full taste and highest quality. Each ham is carefully monitored by our experts during the various stages of production to ensure that only the best leaves our factory.
